Prior to joining A&M, Mrs Warren de Búrca was with EY LLP, heading up the VAT transactions team and specialising in insolvencies. She advised on VAT cash flow opportunities, restructuring of businesses, contingency planning for businesses in breach of loan arrangements, and on running the VAT affairs for formal trading insolvencies, including Metronet, Nortel and Kaupthing and Heritable banks.

Ms. Warren de Búrca earned a bachelor’s degree in international marketing, Spanish and German from Dublin City University. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals. An Irish national, Ms. Warren de Búrca speaks Spanish and German.
