Mrs. Hardman’s experience covers managing and delivering tax compliance for all areas of the fund, including the executives. In addition, she has delivered advisory engagements to a variety of private equity and infrastructure funds, advising on areas such as carried interest and fund co-investments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mrs. Hardman spent six years with EY’s Transaction Tax team, where she managed tax reporting engagements for large international private equity houses, as well as providing tax advice to the fund and fund executives.

Mrs. Hardman earned a master’s degree in physics from the University of Bristol. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
