With more than nine years of consulting experience, Mr. Agarwal has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, retail and consumer, chemicals, infotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive, agriculture, media and entertainment. He has helped deliver over 75 M&A transactions and advises clients across the M&A lifecycle with a focus on due diligence, integration, synergies, carve-outs and post-close transformation. 

Mr. Agarwal’s notable engagements include leading: 50 standalone IT/operations synergy and TSA due-diligence projects for both private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers; the post-acquisition IT due-diligence for a large Japanese client, across multiple geographies, identifying key IT risks, issues and developing the IT roadmap; and the IT separation work-stream for a medical device client, collaborating with the Chief Information Officer of both the parent and the carved-out entity.

Additionally, Mr. Agarwal managed all the separation activities across a cross-functional team for a legal entity’s restructuring and simplification in a mega-deal environment, spanning multiple geographies, resulting in eliminating 1500 legal entities.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Agarwal served as Senior Associate M&A Advisory with PwC.

Mr. Agarwal earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering in electronics from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
