With more than 14 years of advisory experience, Mr. Darrieus works with corporate and private equity clients on large, mid and small cap transactions internationally. He has extensive experience in financial due diligence and debt portfolio advisory, having worked on 250+ engagements across Europe, Latin America and Africa, with enterprise values ranging from €10 million to over €8 billion.

Mr. Darrieus has worked across a range of financial services, including banking, corporate and private banks, asset managers, wealth and financial advisors, leasing, factoring, fintech, insurtech, brokerage, underwriting agents and insurers. He has extensive cross-border experience, having recently worked on transactions in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Eastern Europe and Northern Africa.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Darrieus spent eight years with PwC in Paris and Madrid, where he most recently served as Transaction Services Senior Manager. He worked on M&A and transaction services engagements and was also part of the portfolio advisory team.

Mr. Darrieus earned bachelor’s degrees in international business and strategy from ESCE Paris and University of Westminster; an international master’s degree from a combined cursus at Audencia Nantes, Deusto Bilbao and Bradford Business School; and an executive master’s degree in finance and corporate finance from ICADE Comillas Madrid. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
