Lisa Dooley

Ms. Dooley is experienced in providing data analysis support for litigation, investigations, compliance monitorships and independent surveillance reviews for derivatives and securities trading firms. Her work has spanned multiple asset classes and venues, including on and off-exchange, OTC, physical markets and digital execution platforms. Ms. Dooley's unique experience shows in her ability to evaluate trading behavior through regulatory, business and compliance lenses.
Additionally, Ms. Dooley works with clients including proprietary trading groups, hedge funds, high-frequency trading firms, exchanges, physical traders, commodity merchants, banks, swap dealers, digital asset platforms and futures commission merchants. She is experienced in advising clients on a variety of regulatory issues, including surveillance program governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Dooley served as a surveillance Analyst at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where she developed the CFTC’s first algorithm dedicated to identifying potential spoofing patterns.
Ms. Dooley earned bachelor's degrees in economics and history from the University of California at Irvine and an MPH (concentration in biostatistics) from the University of California at Los Angeles.
