With more than 20 years of experience, Mrs. Lê has been involved in commercial and marketing positioning and offer strategy for several retail clients (Auchan/Carrefour/Casino), mainly in non-food sectors and has driven large marketing and commercial client teams in building unique selling propositions and assortment structures.

Ms. Lê’s notable engagements include serving as Offer Marketing Director in furniture and home decor retail with Conforama, where she improved commercial performance, leveraging on offer (category management/assortment strategy), value proposition and transversal management (cross-business unit/cross-functions); achieved a 10% to 25% sales increase in the most successful markets; and coordinated teams of 50+ people FTO create and deliver user-centric commercial offers that opened new market opportunities.
Previously, Ms. Lê led a rapid results pricing project for a French grocery retailer, reviewing pricing guidelines and priorities by store format and segment and digital development opportunities for proximity formats. She led the PM office for a large-scale carve-out and transformation project for a leading French hospitality player and the large assortment rationalisation and category management project in a turnaround situation for a major Eastern European e-commerce leader in lifestyle, white goods, consumer electronics, IT and home equipment.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lê was Senior Advisor with several home and lifestyle e-commerce and retail mid-cap owners during equity transactions and business model transformations, supporting anticipation and delivery of transformations with a focus on helping operational teams evolve into new mindsets and behaviours. Previously, she was a consultant with Mars & Co and Kearney in Paris, specializing in corporate and revenue growth strategy in retail and consumer goods.
Ms. Lê earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Paris 8 University, a certificate in history of art from Ecole Boulle, and an MBA from Essec Business School. A French national, she is fluent in French and English.
