Lewis Brooker

Mr. Brooker specializes in advising LPs and GPs experiencing challenges, a level of distress or where their funds are coming to the end of their life. His services include general LP/GP advisory roles through the winding-up of challenged or tail-end funds.
With more than 14 years of experience in complex cross-border restructurings and special situations advisory assignments, Mr. Brooker has worked with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure and mining, which have spanned a number of jurisdictions, including Europe, the U.S., Cayman Islands, Middle East and Africa.
Additionally, Mr. Brooker's experience across the advisory landscape includes contingency planning for GPs and LPs; governance advice to LPACs; distressed fund management and wind-downs; AMA and M&A; financial restructuring and contingency planning for corporates; IBRs; cross-jurisdictional litigation; and insolvency.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Brooker spent eight years with Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in their cross border advisory team in London.
Mr. Brooker earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Warwick. He is a Chartered Accountant.
