Lee Maginniss

Mr. Maginniss specializes in operational improvement. He has extensive experience in strategic plan development and execution; merger integration and carve-out/stand-up planning and execution; energy transition strategy and execution; corporate-wide CAPEX, OPEX and SG&A planning and budgeting; start-up and early-stage growth support, including enhanced budgeting and management reporting; corporate and field staff productivity; CAPEX, OPEX and SG&A cost right-sizing; asset utilization improvements; and facility/site consolidations.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Maginniss brings expertise developing and executing operational improvement solutions across all energy industry segments. His notable oil and gas clients include BHP, Chevron, Phillips 66, CVR Energy, Chesapeake Energy, ConocoPhillips, Halliburton, Ovintiv, Pioneer Natural Resources, Santos Energy, Schlumberger and Talen Energy. Mr. Maginniss has also worked with clients in other industries, including engineering, construction and industrial products.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Maginniss spent over nine years as a Senior Manager with IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers), leading global supply chain and operations transformation engagements across multiple industries. Previously, he was a Plant Manager and Engineer at Honeywell IAC, delivering petrochemical process controls and improvement solutions, particularly for refining operations.
Mr. Maginniss earned a bachelor's degree in industrial systems engineering from Virginia Tech and a master's degree in industrial and management systems engineering from Arizona State University. He was awarded a Fellowship in Arizona State University's Corporate Leaders Program. Mr. Maginniss has spoken at industry conferences, including SPE, Shale Energy Technology, Women in Energy Network (WEN) the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the Council of Logistics Management (CLM), the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), and INFORMS.
