Laura Gibbs is a Senior Director with A&MPLIFY, Alvarez & Marsal's AI powered digital agency, in New York City. She specializes in leveraging data, analytics and technology to transform and grow new businesses for clients.
With more than 20 years of cross-functional consulting and analytics experience, Ms. Gibbs has managed technology projects, used analytics to uncover opportunities for growth across various verticals, and built and managed customer success and product operations teams.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gibbs spent six years in Silicon Valley with Turvo Inc., a supply chain and logistics technology startup, where she most recently served as Senior Director Customer Success Operations. In this role, she established the company’s professional services, technical support, training and enablement teams.
Previously, Ms. Gibbs spent five years with Quotient Technology, a leading digital media and promotions technology company, where she was responsible for onboarding new customers onto the Retailer IQ loyalty marketing platform. She also spent several years with Accenture’s digital practice, focused on data, analytics and reporting solutions for large retailers and grocers. Ms. Gibbs started her career at MicroStrategy, building business intelligence and data warehouse solutions for the private sector.
Ms. Gibbs earned a bachelor’s degree in management science (concentration in decision support systems) from Virginia Tech.
