Kyle Seipert is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC in Houston. He provides tax advisory solutions to help clients strengthen energy-focused mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Seipert brings more than 20 years of experience advising global companies, private equity, pension fund, and sovereign wealth sponsors on tax issues unique to oil and gas, mining, renewable energy, and public utility investments. He has expertise in all phases of the transaction life cycle, including buy- and sell-side engagements, integration planning and stand-up support.

Mr. Seipert also has extensive experience advising clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex carve-out/joint venture transactions and capital structure planning.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Seipert spent 17 years with KPMG’s M&A Tax group, serving most recently as the co-lead for oil and gas and renewable energy.

Mr. Seipert earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Weber State University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and Utah.
