Mr. Lipstreu brings more than 20 years of experience helping enterprise and mid-size clients across industries including engineering and construction, logistics, energy, environmental services, and other services industries. He is experienced in establishing and leading complex programs covering enterprise transformation, technology modernization, governance, system integration, and M&A integration and carve-out/stand-up initiatives.

Mr. Lipstreu’s previous notable assignments include leading the integration of a system of engagement to enable back-office and digital transformation at a Fortune 60 services company, leading the development of a strategy and roadmap for a Fortune 150 services company’s finance transformation, and leading acquisition-integrations, enabling clients to achieve their deal objectives.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lipstreu was with Waste Management, where he managed acquisition integrations and complex systems integrations. Previously, he worked in Big Four consulting, where he performed systems integrations for global clients.

Mr. Lipstreu earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and an MBA from The University of Texas.
