Kyle Adamczyk

Mr. Adamczyk has over six years of transaction-related experience and specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence projects for private equity firms and strategic buyers. He advises clients on quality of earnings, cash flows, leverage recapitalizations, and GAAP accounting. He also identifies key performance indicators and trends to determine the sustainability of earnings and the growth potential of acquisition targets.
Mr. Adamczyk primarily focuses on serving clients in the healthcare services industry, including acute and sub-acute care hospitals, outpatient physical therapy, durable medical equipment, home health, hospice, long-term care facilities, managed care, dialysis clinics, dental practices, anesthesiology practices, urgent care clinics, and special and institutional pharmacies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Adamczyk was a Senior Associate with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young in Nashville. Previously, he was with the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young.
Mr. Adamczyk earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee, and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
