Kristina Park

With more than 25 years of healthcare consulting experience, Ms. Park is an industry leader in business transformation and analytics across the healthcare market. Her work has reached all aspects of the healthcare continuum including strategic market definition and expansion, operational improvement and performance management, data analytics and intelligence, and technology enablement. She has deep healthcare knowledge and expertise in both commercial markets and government programs.
Ms. Park’s executive leadership experience includes working with national and international healthcare organizations, large multimarket health plans, and unique high-growth startups. She is responsible for building three new, market-entry health plans from the ground up under the Consumer Oriented and Operated Plan (CO-OP) provision of Healthcare Reform and ACA legislation, identifying over $20 million and $3.39 PMPM by resolving claim payment operational root cause issues for a Medicaid Managed Care Organization and national commercial plan; defining and designing new products and product development strategies for a national health plan and new market entrant; expanding and building efficient operational capabilities across core health plan functions for a national Medicaid Managed Care Organization serving 13 state markets; implementing procurements for core operations, PBM, and technology sourcing; and strategizing and driving transformational business and technology migration efforts for a national health payer organization.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Park was a Founding Partner of a global management consulting firm. She ran the organization’s West region business and was a Senior Partner in the healthcare industry practice leading numerous strategic accounts. Ms. Park also led the development of the firm’s market-facing data analytics solution and service team. Prior to that, she was a Director in Navigant’s Healthcare Strategy and Operations practice. Ms. Park also worked in consulting at Accenture, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Park earned a bachelor's degree in economics from William Smith College and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School of Management. She is a member of Women Business Leaders in US Healthcare (WBL) and a board member of the Washington, DC Chapter of Girl's On the Run (GOTR).
