Kristin Shelley

Ms. Shelley brings strong assessment and execution skills that help clients identify opportunities for transformative change. Among her notable assignments, she has directed an “outside in” strategic review of a $10 billion consumer products company, identifying potential EBITDA opportunities of more than $500 million, including growth, cost reduction, and working capital improvements. She also led multiple cross-functional performance improvement initiatives at a $4 billion secure logistics company to redesign processes for sales, customer setup, claims handling, pricing, contracting and vault reconciliation.
Ms. Shelley has produced performance improvement results in multiple industries including retail, energy, transportation and logistics, construction, manufacturing, consumer goods and telecom. She has delivered Lean Six Sigma training for multiple Fortune 100 companies and is an instructor for A&M’s internal course.
Ms. Shelley earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas A&M University.
