Ms. Burrows is a seasoned practitioner across all concept-to-consumer processes, from product management, product design and development, sales and distribution, marketing, to eCommerce and retail operations. Known as a change agent, she has spent her career turning around, transforming and growing legacy brands.
Prior to A&M, Ms. Burrows led organizations across the fashion and athletic industries through turnarounds, transitions and revitalizations. As CEO of the largest brick and mortar women's consignment retailer, Ms. Burrows delivered two years of comp growth through a relentless focus on bettering the customer and consignor experience. During this time, she launched a new brand ID, built a selling culture, cleaned up store operations with the implementation of over 250 SOPs and established a focus on data and analytics.
As President of the iconic Keds brand, Ms. Burrows delivered top and bottom line growth by increasing product productivity through a digital platform build out and development of key iconic product franchises.
Earlier in her career, as a merchant, Ms. Burrows developed the ability to identify and create products and product categories instrumental to the growth of brands and businesses. As SVP of Licensing for the Camuto Group, Ms. Burrows was responsible for building out the Jessica Simpson brand and led the growth of the business to a $500M business at retail. While Director of the Chuck Taylor business for Converse, Ms. Burrows and team grew the domestic business by more than 100%. During her tenure at Adidas, she led the four-fold growth of the cross-training business.
Ms. Burrows earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, her Masters’ in Marketing Communications from Boston University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s in Political Science.
