Kris Talgo
Recognizing that energy has long been overlooked as an addressable operational cost, the AMEN team has developed an end-to-end solution that consistently delivers savings of 5–15%. Where most view energy management through the narrow lens of procurement or purchasing, AMEN takes a broader approach, including delivery and infrastructure managed by utilities, which can represent nearly 50% of annual energy costs.
Mr. Talgo has guided the development of AMEN’s data-driven, client-friendly process, where analytics enables informed decision-making and rapid results. He spearheaded a no-cost, two-week analysis initiative for clients, followed by a 90-day deep dive to optimize potential savings. Further, he played a decisive role in developing AMEN’s proprietary real-time monitoring technology, which allows clients to view energy consumption at one-minute intervals via a customized dashboard model, combined with an ongoing, tailored consulting framework to sustain results.
Mr. Talgo’s leadership has consistently translated these capabilities into repeatable, high-value outcomes. In one of Mr. Talgo’s notable client engagements, strategic implementation of AMEN’s solutions contributed to an increase in enterprise value from $17 million to $36 million, representing an 7–15x EBITDA uplift. Mr. Talgo and AMEN have repeatedly demonstrated the tangible financial impact of operational efficiency in the energy space. A pattern of positive results across AMEN’s client base prove actionable insights, data transparency, and disciplined execution yield lasting value.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Talgo spent more than 30 years leading investment, trading, and sales functions within the financial services industry. He served as a senior client and investor liaison and an institutional equity expert.
Mr. Talgo earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. He maintains Series 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
