Dr. Weisenberger has more than 25 years of industrial and consulting experience across a variety of industries, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, engineering and logistics, and has supported buy-side deal flows across North America, Asia and Europe.
In addition, Dr. Weisenberger has managed operational and financial improvement initiatives in the areas of sales force effectiveness and revenue enhancements; organizational performance improvement; synergy analysis; sales, general and administrative (SGA) optimization; manufacturing footprint rationalization; supply chain management and margin improvements.
Prior to joining A&M, Dr. Weisenberger was an Operations Vice President in Hitachi Consulting’s Chemical and Life Sciences practices, where he focused on operational due diligences, post-merger integration, revenue and COGS improvements, lean process implementation, industry sector analyses, and quality and compliance improvements.
Dr. Weisenberger also held the role of Vice President of Engineering for Bayer’s Biotechnology business unit and was responsible for technology, engineering, investment planning and strategy, and HES for North America and Europe. Dr. Weisenberger also worked in Bayer Materials Science’s organization in the areas of polyurethane, polyol and chloralkali manufacturing, where he managed operations, supply chain, engineering and project management.
Dr. Weisenberger earned a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge.
