Kevin Negangard

With more than 15 years of investigative consulting experience, Mr. Negangard is an expert in leading digital forensics and electronic discovery (“eDiscovery”) investigations. He has advised clients during anti-trust matters involving HSR 2nd requests and civil investigative demands, breach of contract, internal investigations and intellectual property theft disputes.
Mr. Negangard has extensive experience in providing clients with complex litigation and electronic discovery support through forensic data collection, data processing and analysis, and the management of large-scale document review projects.
Mr. Negangard currently manages clients’ eDiscovery needs throughout the entire discovery process, which includes planning and managing the initial collection phase, providing best-practice guidance, and overseeing full administration of the review process through the production stage.
Mr. Negangard earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in cybersecurity risk management. Kevin is a certified forensic computer examiner, actively participates in the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists and is involved with the High Technology Crime Investigation Association.
