Mr. DeVilbiss’s notable assignments include leading a large-scale identity and access management (IAM) transformation for a global enterprise software provider, affecting over 10 million users and 10,000 platforms. He also played a key role in an enterprise-wide export control geo-blocking initiative, integrating compliance requirements across the full product portfolio and digital experience. Mr. DeVilbiss has worked with clients across various industries, including energy, enterprise software, higher education, and legal services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. DeVilbiss spent 20 years with software company SAP in Washington, DC, where he most recently served as Vice President, Head of the Digital Partner Office. In this role, he launched a lead-sharing platform integrated with the SAP CRM and Channel Mechanics software, reducing sales acceptance times by 94% and expanding mid-market reach. He also led the relaunch of SAP’s central partner portal, serving over 400,000 users and achieving an net promotor score of 75% through personalized experiences powered by Adobe Experience Manager and integrated partner data.
