Kevin Davidson

With more than 18 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Davidson has helped to create workforce optimization programs centered around labor cost management. He has helped manage specialized collaboratives including Kaizen events, patient flow process standardizations, and technology enablement exercises. Additionally, he has assisted clients in navigating the evaluation and selection process of HRIS applications and developed custom workforce management programs to leverage that technology.
Mr. Davidson’s other notable engagements include managing merger and integration efforts for a major university provider organization and their recently acquired community health system; leading cost optimization efforts with a national telehealth provider to produce $100+ million in year one saving through staffing efficiencies, outsourcing, and contract optimization; and supporting financial improvement projects through workforce optimization at safety net, academic, and children’s specialty hospitals and health systems
Mr. Davidson earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Appalachian State University and an MBA from the Darla More School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
