Before joining A&M, Mr. Cunha was a Manager in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services practice, where he advised private equity and strategic buyers on due diligence and consulting engagements. Mr. Cunha began his career in Deloitte’s Audit practice.

Mr. Cunha earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
