Kenny Zhou is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Sydney. He brings 15 years of experience in financial due diligence and deal value and risk identification. His primary areas of focus are private equity–led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, corporate carve-outs, data insights, and share purchase agreement advice.
Mr. Zhou has worked with clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, business services, logistics, industrial, and forestry.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zhou spent eight years with KPMG New Zealand, where he served most recently as Director (Principal) in the financial due diligence team. Before that, he spent seven years with KPMG China in its financial due diligence and audit teams.
Mr. Zhou earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Central South University in China. He is a member of CPA Australia and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
