Kenneth Cinzio

Mr. Cinzio focuses on manufacturing performance improvement (OEE, yield, cost reduction, Lean, and maintenance excellence); supply chain enhancements (procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, S&OP, mrp); logistics optimization (network design and execution, warehouse operations, carrier management); CapEx leadership (project scope and design, execution, benefits delivery); and quality system improvements (first pass yield, non-conformance reduction, RCA, and QC/QA effectiveness)
Mr. Cinzio’s industry experience focuses on chemicals and process industries (Agriculture, Food and Pharma), along with logistics for food service distribution.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cinzio held leadership and executive roles with the Rohm and Haas Company, Nufarm Americas, IOI Edible Oils and GCP Applied Technologies. Mr. Cinzio’s worked in consulting with Celerant Consulting and Audere Partners, where his most notable assignments included Phillips, Kellogg’s, Abbott Labs, US Foods, Performance Food Group, and W.R. Grace.
Mr. Cinzio’s key accomplishments include increasing throughput by 50 percent and reducing customer lead times by 75 percent at a nutritional supplement manufacturing plant by implementing lean principles, quality and scheduling improvements, and inventory and change management. He delivered $2 million in annual logistics/warehousing cost savings.at a food ingredient company through distribution network optimization, S&OP implementation and inventory management. Mr. Cinzio also facilitated $5 million in annual savings at a large industrial chemical manufacturing plant through implementing a management operating system, organizational restructuring, coaching and employee development.
Mr. Cinzio earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Temple University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Six Sigma Black Belt trained professional.
