Kelly Bernhardt

Ms. Bernhardt’s primary areas of concentration are intellectual property disputes and commercial damages. Ms. Bernhardt has consulted on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, breach of joint venture agreements, forensic accounting investigations, fraud investigations, patent and trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.
Ms. Bernhardt has worked with clients in various industries, including automotive, biotechnology, medical equipment and devices, cellular devices, computer software and hardware, electronics, internet/websites, construction, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation and utilities.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Bernhardt spent four years with Navigant Consulting in Seattle and Detroit, serving most recently as a Managing Consultant. Previously, she worked with Tucker Alan Inc.
Ms. Bernhardt earned a BBA (accounting and organizational behavior concentrations) from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
