Katrin Enders is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in London. She is a chartered professional with over 15 years of experience in construction and manufacturing disputes and investigations. Ms. Enders specialises in forensic delay and disruption analysis and has significant experience in planning, projects, contracts and change management.

Ms. Enders has experience in formal dispute resolution including arbitration and litigation, serving as a joint delay expert and testifying at a Dispute Board. She has experience working for both the employer and the contractor on projects with bespoke, FIDIC, NEC, JCT, ICC and contracts throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Ms. Enders has worked with clients across various industries, including rail and road infrastructure, oil and gas, power generation (renewables, W2E, biomass, nuclear, coal) chemical plants, water treatment and material production plants, buildings, rolling stock and vessel manufacturing.  

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Enders worked as a Senior Director with FTI. Previously, she worked with Costain as Commercial Director Head of Forensic Delay in the rail sector and for Hill International. Prior to that she worked with major UK contractors and a consultancy in the Middle East.

Ms. Enders earned a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture (Dipl. Ing. FH) from the University of Applied Science Erfurt (FHE) and a master’s degree in remote sensing from UCL London/ Imperial College London. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Ms. Enders is bilingual in German and English.
