At A&M, Ms. Lloyd leads the Advancing and Cultivating Emerging Leaders community for the Corporate Performance Improvement, Public Sector Services, and Energy practices, a program that recruits, advances, and cultivates emerging leaders.

Ms. Lloyd has demonstrated success leading organizations through collaboration, strategic planning, relationship cultivation, and brand communication. She has been recognized as an impact leader who not only values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, but also modifies policies and practices to effect change.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lloyd served as Associate Dean at the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business. She led recruiting, enrollment, onboarding, and operations, including student services, alumni engagement, and leadership development for its nationally ranked full-time and evening MBA programs.

Ms. Lloyd earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vanderbilt University, a master’s degree in education from Indiana University, and an EdD in higher education management from the University of Georgia.
