Kathleen Elliott

With more than 25 years of experience in expert and privileged consulting roles, Ms. Elliott focuses on analysis of damages stemming from breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities litigation, among others. She has performed a variety of financial, economic, accounting, and causation analyses in a wide range of disputes and investigations and has been designated as an expert in several disputes.
Ms. Elliott’s industry experience includes agricultural commodities, computer peripherals, consumer products, financial institutions, food and beverage, government contracts, healthcare, hospitality, media, medical devices, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, real estate, telecommunications, and utilities, among others.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Elliot spent four years with Navigant Consulting in Dallas, serving most recently as Associate Director. Previously, she worked with Tucker Alan, Inc.
Ms. Elliott earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Baylor University. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
