Her primary areas of concentration are intellectual property disputes as well as causation and damage analysis.
With more than 19 years of experience in expert and privileged consulting roles, Ms. Elliott has assisted clients with complex data analysis, fraud examination, funds tracing, forensic accounting and determination of damages related to breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, breach of fiduciary duty and securities litigation.
Ms. Elliott has worked with clients across such industries as healthcare, financial institutions, telecommunications, media, food and beverage, computer peripherals, oil and gas, commercial agriculture, and government contracts.
Before joining A&M, she spent four years with Navigant Consulting in Dallas, most recently serving as associate director. Previously, she was with Tucker Alan, Inc.
Ms. Elliott earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Baylor University. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
