Karim Eskaf

With more than 25 years of corporate finance and deal advisory experience, Mr. Eskaf has delivered some of the largest global finance transactions—with deal values up to $40 billion—in the media, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, consumer, and professional services industries. He brings expertise in operational diligence, cross-border integration/separation planning and execution, operating model design, transitional service agreement planning, stand-up cost modeling, and shared services implementation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Eskaf spent six years with KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, advising global clients on complex finance M&A transactions. Additionally, he held finance leadership positions in some of the largest global Fortune 25 companies, including Microsoft Corp.
Mr. Eskaf earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and an MBA in finance from the University of Tennessee.
