Karim Budeiri

Mr. Budeiri brings 15 years of international experience on major capital projects, including rail and transit, data centers, mining and oil and gas. He specializes in evaluating and resolving technical, contractual, and operational disputes in construction projects.
Mr. Budeiri also provided project delivery advisory services to clients around project initiation, procurement strategy, resource structuring, commercial and project management oversight.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Budeiri spent three years with JLL’s project development and commissioning division in Toronto, serving most recently as Director, and advising owners, developers and general contractors on some of the largest transit, healthcare and data center projects in Canada.
Previously, Mr. Budeiri worked in the construction industry for over a decade with various EPC contractors. He served as a Project Manager and Construction Manager, delivering landmark projects in Canada and the Middle East.
Mr. Budeiri earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario and is a licensed professional engineer.
