Justyn Fudali

Mr. Fudali advises private equity and strategic clients on complex tax matters related to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. His expertise includes domestic and cross-border tax structuring, cash tax modeling, tax due diligence, complex carve-out transactions, funds flow assistance and transaction document review in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, IPOs, restructurings and recapitalizations.
Additionally, Mr. Fudali brings deep expertise in advising on tax-efficient cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital structure planning and global tax structuring. His experience includes working on secondment for a top five (ranked by AUM) global private equity firm in their global tax and structuring practice, where he focused on complex global deal and fund-level structuring issues, addressing intricate tax considerations and optimizing tax positions for the firm’s investments and stakeholders.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Fudali was a Tax Manager with Deloitte in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice in Atlanta. In this role, he provided comprehensive tax advisory services, specializing in the tax implications of various transaction types. Before that, he spent three years with Deloitte’s Business Tax Services group, where he delivered tax compliance, tax planning and tax provision assistance to public and private multinational companies across a wide range of industries, addressing federal, state and international tax requirements.
Mr. Fudali earned a BBA in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
