Justin Pappas

Mr. Pappas brings experience in organization and process re-design, cost takeout, program management, carve-out/post-merger integration, strategy development and operational due diligence across financial services, law firms and professional services.
Most recently, Mr. Pappas was involved in an enterprise cloud migration, where he was responsible for the process improvement and re-design of a special purpose PMO to execute an enterprise technology transformation supported by a multibillion-dollar business case. He led immediate program performance uplift and the re-design and implementation of organization and governance structure. Mr. Pappas also identified and implemented the program reporting structure and processes to sustainably support, inclusive of KPIs/KRIs and executive and enterprise-wide communication channels.
Previously, Mr. Pappas was involved in post-merger integration work and an IT cost takeout within a restructuring environment. Respective to the post-merger integration, he led the design, implementation and financial operations for all deal TSAs and RTSAs. On IT cost takeout, he right-sized and restructured the IT department, while leading the effort for identifying strategic partnerships via outsourcing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pappas served as Senior Vice President and Business Manager for Brown Brothers Harriman, with direct oversight and accountability of a $175 million budget. Before that, he served as SVP of Information Services at Convergex, in the IT Chief Administrative function. At the private broker-dealer agency, he served as a strategy and delivery leader, partnering IT with all lines of business, compliance, finance and operations. Previously, he served as Business Consultant with the Eze Software Group, where he performed the analysis, strategy building, systems implementation and relationship management to integrate a varying multitude of Hedge Funds onto the Eze product suite.
Mr. Pappas earned a bachelor’s degree in management/economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in executive management (honors) from St. John’s University.
