Ms. Marshall specializes in financial and operational restructuring, contingency planning, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, pre-lend reviews, cash flow reviews, options analysis, going concern reporting, pension restructuring advice and insolvencies.
Additionally, Ms. Marshall works closely with her clients and key stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome and preserve value. Her clients include: top management, board of directors, shareholders, mainstream and alternative lenders, investors, other professional advisors, regulators and government organizations.
Ms. Marshall has worked across a range of industries, including retail, consumer, travel and leisure, agriculture, food and beverage, real assets, automotive, fintech and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Marshall served as an appointment-taking Director at PwC, where she worked on some high profile and well-known cases, including Lehman Brothers, Game, Amtek, O.W. Bunker, Laura Ashley, Intu, Abraaj Holdings and Harveys & Bensons.
Ms. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Nottingham. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (ICAEW).
