Joy Sinha

Mr. Sinha specializes in end-to-end digital transformation, growth strategy, and business operations optimization for clients in publishing, media, entertainment, telecommunications, and education. His primary areas of concentration are corporate strategy, digital product innovation, customer experience design, operating model transformation, and the delivery of large-scale professional services.
With nearly 20 years of global consulting and industry experience, Mr. Sinha has led complex, multi-year digital transformation programs, driven C-suite engagement across functions, and created significant enterprise value.
Mr. Sinha’s notable assignments include working with a global education publisher to redesign the overall customer service experience across all business units, achieving cost reduction, cost avoidance, and revenue lift goals. He also worked with a large media conglomerate to help define a go-to-market strategy for advertisers, which involved conducting industry-wide research with national and local brands and agencies to understand their buying patterns, as well as leveraging data integration capabilities and unique audience data to provide more targeted and measurable solutions for advertisers. Additionally, Mr. Sinha led a major data transformation program for a large telco, which included modernizing the data platform from the foundation to visualization layer.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sinha spent three years with Slalom Consulting in New York, where he served as the Lead Client Partner for key accounts in telecommunications, publishing, and other media segments. Previously, he worked at LTI Mindtree, Cognizant Business Consulting, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. Throughout his career, Mr. Sinha has been a trusted advisor to a diverse range of executives, driving transformation across critical business areas such as content supply chain, content performance analytics, field services, finance and billing, sales, adtech and martech, rights and royalties management, application of AI and machine learning to data and content supply chains, business automation, and new product and service strategy design and rollout.
Mr. Sinha earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune, India and an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management in Singapore and Dubai. He was featured on the Dean’s List for several consecutive years in recognition of his academic excellence.
