Joseph P. Manory

Most recently at A&M, Mr. Manory has been advising a national teleradiology and physician practice by identifying and supporting performance improvement opportunities in reimbursement, physician management, organizational structure and technology strategy.
Mr. Manory’s previous notable assignments include interim CFO for a national telemedicine company, where he developed a turnaround plan, secured financing and reduced losses by 90 percent, positioning it for profitable growth. In another project, he grew EBITDA 4x for a behavioral health, addiction and disability services company through increased clinical productivity, staff incentives and expense rationalization. Mr. Manory delivered a competitive intelligence assessment of potentially disruptive diagnostic technology. He also negotiated favorable results to complex challenges and disputes involving tax, unions and construction, and completed numerous strategic and financing transactions.
In addition, Mr. Manory delivered financing, acquisitions and integrations contributing to the creation of a leading national laboratory and a 10x market value improvement. He planned and delivered public filings, investor and rating agency presentations. Mr. Manory identified and transformed billing operations to collect consumer payments, expanding revenue by 7 percent, and standardized construction practices, accelerating revenue by 4 percent.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Manory assisted a financially distressed national telemedicine and on-site services company that provided medical imaging and advanced diagnostics.
Mr. Manory earned a bachelor's degree (with honors) in economics from Providence College and a master of management degree (with honors), in accounting, finance and information systems from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
