Josefin Edrehberg

Ms. Edrehberg brings more than 10 years of experience from managing and/or being part of international and national capital markets transaction teams, as well as operational experience from leading group finance teams. She is specialised in IPO readiness, finance transformation, risk management, corporate governance and internal control over financial reporting as well as IFRS and M&A financial control.
Additionally, Ms. Edrehberg brings experience working with large- and mid-size corporations and private equity firms across several industries, including healthcare, financial services, industrials, real estate and consumer goods/services.
Ms. Edrehberg has extensive experience in finance transformation and IPO readiness projects and project management, and has been a member of IPO readiness and finance transformation PMOs of global large- and mid-cap companies, including an extensive number of workstreams with internal project leaders, as well as external advisors and other stakeholders. She also brings experience as an extended member of group management with the overall responsibility for finance transformation, risk management and ICFR as well as audit committee reporting and communication.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Edrehberg served as Head of Finance Operations at a large-cap PE portfolio company (100+ legal entities in 14 countries), where she was responsible for the overall IPO readiness of the company as well as managing the departments of group accounting and financial reporting, enterprise risk management, ICFR and M&A financial control. Previously, she served with KPMG for nearly 10 years as a senior manager within the Deal Advisory Capital Market’s team, working with 15+ national and international IPOs (various large- and mid-size corporations across a broad range of industries).
Ms. Edrehberg earned a bachelor’s degree in financial and accounting management (concentration in finance and accounting) from the Stockholm School of Economics. She was previously a Certified Public Accountant in Sweden.
