Mr. Villazon has worked in corporate finance and finance transformation roles mainly across consumer and industrial product manufacturers, where he has led and transformed process and business practices around budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, order to cash and procure to pay. He has also helped companies conduct strategic analysis and drive profitability improvement around asset optimization, capital investments, working capital and product portfolio profitability.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Villazon has successfully driven and improved P&L results, built and led successful teams, partnered with business leaders, led complex strategic business and financial analysis, performed financial modeling and conducted business transformation to improve asset optimization and improve overall company profitability for Fortune 500 and private companies.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Villazon served as VP Finance Value chain at Zep Inc. Previously, he held multiple roles within corporate finance, transformation office, supply chain finance and strategy at Procter & Gamble, Koch Industries and Serta Simmons Bedding.

Additionally, Mr. Villazon worked in management consulting at Booz Allen, PwC and IBM, focusing on financial management, strategy, business and finance transformation projects. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, mainly with CPG and industrial products manufacturer companies.

Mr. Villazon earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Panamericana and an MBA (concentration in finance) from Vanderbilt University.
