Jorge de los Reyes

Mr. de los Reyes is a former engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) professional and has experience in oil and gas (upstream, midstream, downstream), transportation (airports, metro, highway, ports), mining, steel, real estate (commercial, hospitality), public sector, and the Department of Defense (DOD).
Mr. de los Reyes advises clients in project excellence solutions across the construction asset life cycle, from early strategy and planning through execution. He focuses on project governance, financial controls, contract strategy, and overall risk management to maximize operational and financial performance. Mr. de los Reyes has supported capital projects and infrastructure work for greenfield and brownfield projects valued from $50 million to $10+ billion in Capex in North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Mr. de los Reyes has advised large-scale capital project owners and operators to evaluate contract and project execution models from design-bid build, EPCM, EPC applications for optimal contract delivery and pricing strategy through engineering and construction developments.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de los Reyes served as Director, BP Portfolio North America for Worley and was responsible for exploration and production (E&P), refining and marketing, and alternative renewable energy markets for the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Alaska, and Brazil. He led the procurement and resources strategy for the downstream business portfolio with projects between $10-100 million in excess of $1 billion total installed cost (TIC).
Mr. de los Reyes earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
