Jonathan Ross

Mr. Ross has a proven track record of leading digital transformations and managing the full M&A lifecycle from diligence through to post-close execution. This includes separation and integration planning, as well as IT workstream management (e.g., enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), FP&A, demand planning, and data and analytics). His industry experience spans consumer and industrial products, pharmaceuticals and life sciences contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs)/contract research organizations, and field services-based organizations.
Mr. Ross notably led the buy-side IT program for a $3 billion carve-out in the fire and life safety sector. He oversaw the separation management office and planning, defining the enterprise architecture and application strategy and selecting software vendors and system integrators. He managed over 10 system integrators across key IT workstreams (ERP, CRM, FP&A, human capital management, contact centers, sales commissions, human resources informative systems, time entry, payroll, and integrations to custom field service applications), and reported directly to a wide range of executive stakeholders.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ross spent nine years at West Monroe Partners in Dallas, culminating in his role as Managing Director for M&A—Merger Carve-out Services. There, he led the CIO M&A Advisory Offerings office for complex digital transformations, serving as IT program lead for major transactions including a $3 billion food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, a $1 billion life sciences CDMO, and a $1 billion steel manufacturer, all from global Fortune companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ross was a systems, applications, and products in data processing (SAP) consultant at Accenture, leading the analytics workstream for the pharmaceutical distribution division of a global Fortune 50 company.
Mr. Ross earned a bachelor’s degree in operations management and information systems from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in predictive analytics from Northwestern University.
