Jonathan Henness

Mr. Henness specializes in providing financial and operational restructuring advice to distressed companies in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He focuses on financial and strategic planning, liquidity management, and the implementation of financial strategies for corporate turnarounds and restructuring. He brings extensive experience in assisting clients with business plans and strategic reviews, analyzing product and location profitability, optimizing footprints, managing working capital, rationalizing costs, assessing cash flow and liquidity, crafting contingency plans, and leading transformations and financial reorganizations.
Mr. Henness’s notable clients include Inventure Foods, Auto Trakk, Xtant Medical, Skopos Financial, SAES Pure Gas, TitleMax, Savers, TiVo, QMax Solutions, Callon Petroleum Company, Learfield, Envision Healthcare, Fossil Group, and FTX. He has worked with clients in various industries, including consumer packaged goods, semiconductor equipment, consumer and specialty finance, oil and gas, media and entertainment, healthcare services, and retail.
Mr. Henness earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (minor in economics) from Seattle Pacific University and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona.
