Johnathon Marshall

With over 28 years of experience, Mr. Marshall is a highly experienced consultant and senior leader with an extensive track record of advising multinational organizations on business transformation, operations, and supply chain strategies to drive profitable growth. As a specialist in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and consumer health industries, he is an expert at identifying innovative, strategic insights and guiding implementation to deliver significant sustainable value.
Mr. Marshall is a respected and trusted advisor with a track record of driving change and addressing operational challenges across global, regulated industries. He has worked across EMEA, the US, and Asia–Pacific, with clients across medtech and biopharmaceuticals, including blood products and generics. Mr. Marshall brings the skills to manage stakeholders at all levels, offering strategic guidance as well as robust critical challenges to internal leadership teams, boards, and executive committees.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Marshall spent 18 years with PwC in London, where he led the consulting team for the UK’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences practice. During this time, he was one of four partners leading the separation of GSK’s $14 billion consumer health business, taking responsibility for process and systems separation. He and his team also worked with Roche to develop a transition strategy for the implementation of a novel supply chain model for its standalone diabetes care business. The model delivered increased customer service at a 15% lower operating cost. Mr. Marshall also supported PwC’s Middle East firm by developing a pharmaceutical and life sciences strategy for the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi to secure significant funding to invest in genomics and biobank capabilities. Before PwC, Mr. Marshall spent 10 years with Accenture and four years at Walkers Crisps in a variety of supply chain and manufacturing line roles.
Mr. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of St Andrews.
