Mr. Katsigeorgis has assisted companies in developing business plans, implementing strategic and operational restructuring initiatives, operating with liquidity constraints, raising capital, monetizing assets, and negotiating capital-structure restructuring strategies. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, shipping, and financial services.
