John Jibilian

Mr. Jibilian has a track-record of innovation in improving mission and business capabilities in complex institutional contexts. He has also been instrumental in reimagining the constituent digital experience with consumer-grade digital solutions and enabling university staff with leading channel, contact and case management technologies. His work has led to significant, measurable improvements in responsiveness, quality and cost of service.
Mr. Jibilian's notable clients during his consulting tenure include Tufts, Princeton, Rutgers, Johns Hopkins, SNHU and Coventry University (U.K.).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jibilian served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Southern New Hampshire University, the largest online university in the country. His team transformed end-to-end student operations over a three-year period, implementing mobile solutions, automated processes and advanced analytics, handling millions of omnichannel interactions and transactions. He also led a reorganization of SNHU’s expansive IT organization, realigning culture and services to increase responsiveness and reign-in costs.
In his first role in higher education, Mr. Jibilian led the Office of Business Transformation at Yale University, launching and managing multi-year streamlining of core university operations spanning finance, research administration, human resources and information technology. He also pioneered Yale’s adoption of cloud technology, agile methods and CRM in areas including student experience, development and alumni relations and administrative shared services.
Mr. Jibilian earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Stanford University and an MBA from New York University.
