With more than 24 years of experience, Mr. Costoudes has advised both private and public corporate clients, family-owned businesses, and global private equity and sovereign wealth funds on a wide variety of M&A, equity capital markets, and leverage finance transactions.
Mr. Costoudes has completed more than 50 transactions, totaling over $40 billion. He has either led or been integrally involved in numerous other projects in more than 20 countries across EMEA, and/or involving clients from the U.S.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Costoudes spent three years with EY in Dubai, where he served as Partner. Before that, he worked for three years as an independent M&A Consultant in London.
Previously, Mr. Costoudes spent 16 years as an Investment Banker with Citigroup in London, with responsibilities in the food and beverage segments and leadership responsibility for the retail segment across EMEA.
Mr. Costoudes earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Macalester College in Minnesota, U.S.
