Mr. Snijers’ expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including software and technology, industrials, life sciences, waste management, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Snijers was a Partner at EY, where he led complex carve-out and financial due diligence projects and supported cross-border transactions across Europe. He previously held a corporate development role at a listed industrial company, where he managed end-to-end M&A processes and strategic reviews at a global level, working closely with executive leadership. He began his career at Deloitte as an auditor before joining EY’s transaction due diligence team, where he contributed to a multitude of projects and served as a trusted lead on high-profile engagements.

Mr. Snijers earned a master’s degree in business engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
