Joe Iafigliola
Mr. Iafigliola’s transformation initiatives consistently enable clients to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and preserve agility, ensuring they remain competitive in rapidly evolving markets. Mr. Iafigliola brings deep expertise in front office, operations, and risk management across all asset classes, including derivatives and structured products.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Iafigliola held leadership roles at Murex, where he oversaw the firm’s operations in the Americas. Notably, he led multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation programs across the region, conducting comprehensive IT and business process reviews to deliver scalable, efficient systems.
A pioneer in innovation, Mr. Iafigliola spearheaded the first-ever “upgrade as a service” program, an evergreening initiative that ensures the full IT stack is upgraded frequently and at a rapid pace. He has helped clients adopt software development and IT operations (DevOps) methodologies to achieve faster time-to-market, improved quality, and reduced costs. Additionally, he has guided organizations in leveraging cloud and managed services to further enhance efficiency and agility.
Mr. Iafigliola earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s degree in financial engineering from HEC Montreal.
