Joanne Brooks

With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Brooks is recognized for being a client-focused, human-centered, purpose-driven leader. She has a history of delivering to organizations and teams seeking to transform, capture value and continuously improve. Ms. Brooks takes a practical, value driven approach in her work and specializes in the talent and culture aspects of transformation, business process excellence, operating models and organization design, acquisition integration, value targeting, change/adoption management and agile coaching.
Ms. Brooks’ notable client engagements include successful post-acquisition clinical development integrations; adoption and business readiness programs for high impact data strategies; new technologies and process innovations; and the design and deployment of new operating/organizational models and ways of working. She has worked across multiple industries, but has acquired a unique depth of experience in both retail (10+ years) and life sciences (10+ years). Ms. Brooks enjoys partnering with clients who need to drive change in complex, cross-functional scenarios.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Brooks served as Principal Director for Talent & Organization/Human Performance at Accenture. Previously, she served as Transformation Director and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Future State, Inc. (now part of Accenture).
Ms. Brooks earned a bachelor’s degree in education from West Chester University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Scrum Master, an Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach and is certified in Prosci Change Management.
