Dr. Jia holds comprehensive leadership experience from renowned global information and management consulting firms. Prior to joining A&M, he was Head of Technology at Accenture, Greater China, a Fortune Global 500 company, where he revitalized its strategy, aligning global capabilities with the nuances of the Chinese market. His transformative initiatives included: strategic restructuring—he reorganized the team structure to incorporate industry-specific pre-sales, solutions and delivery teams, enabling deeper industry insights and client-focused solutions; dual-track development—he maintained traditional major global client relationships while expanding into domestic markets, driving substantial growth; and remarkable growth—under his leadership, annual sales doubled, and the team size grew from 6,000 to 11,000 employees.

Previously, Dr. Jia has successfully led numerous high-impact digital transformation projects, such as collaborating with a major energy company to develop a “Green Energy Management” operating system and SaaS solutions, managing over 100 million IoT devices globally; establishing a joint venture with a top Chinese cloud company to extend service offerings for both parties; and guiding a leading Chinese hardware manufacturer through a SAP/S4 upgrade. He worked with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to publish annual reports on digital transformation indices, proving valuable insights and guidance for Chinese enterprises. Additionally, Dr. Jia was Chief of the Digital Office at Shanghai YongLi Belting Co Ltd, a publicly listed company in China, where he led the company’s digitalization journey by overhauling ERP, CRM, and SCM systems. He introduced real-time digital dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making efficiency, driving double-digit sales growth annually despite economic challenges. These diverse roles have provided him with a unique dual perspective as both a client and consultant.

Dr. Jia earned a PhD in computer science from Shizuoka University in Japan and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, and English.
