Jimmy Glenn is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group in Atlanta. He specializes in financial due diligence and providing all aspects of accounting and transaction advice.

With more than 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Glenn works with private equity, infrastructure and corporate clients on buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects involving private and public companies and including cross-border and carve-out transactions.

Mr. Glenn supports clients in all phases of the transaction life cycle. His expertise includes identifying deal issues, analyzing quality of earnings, net working capital, debt-like exposures (on-balance and off-balance sheet) and evaluating key business drivers. He also has extensive experience reviewing purchase sale agreements, advising on post-closing adjustment mechanisms, financial covenants and representations.

Mr. Glenn has led due diligence on more than 200 transactions, with significant experience in communications, transportation, water and waste management, government services, renewables, business services and industrial manufacturing.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Glenn spent six years with KPMG’s Deal Advisory group assisting clients with financial due diligence. His past clients include strategic corporate acquirers, infrastructure and private equity funds.

Mr. Glenn earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia.
