Mr. Go advises companies on federal and state income tax matters, focusing on corporate income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes and financial reporting matters, and tax planning.

Mr. Go has more than 15 years of experience assisting public and privately held clients in various industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology, restaurants, hospitality, casinos, private equity and portfolio companies, broker-dealers, commodities dealers, alternative investment vehicles, fund services, and management/holding companies. He has significant experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Go worked in industry for Landry’s, Inc. in Houston, and Citigroup, Inc., and Morgan Stanley in New York City. He also served clients as part of the Business Compliance Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in New York City.

Mr. Go earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fordham University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New York and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
