Jen Meyers is a Managing Director with A&MPLIFY, Alvarez & Marsal's AI powered digital agency, in Los Angeles and serves as the practice’s Chief Strategy Officer for North America. She helps brands select the right strategies and opportunities to ignite growth by identifying where to invent, invest and partner.

With more than 20 years of experience as a growth strategist, innovator and change maker, Ms. Meyers facilitates the change necessary to successfully unlock and capture trapped value as a trusted advisor and operator throughout the end-to-end strategic activation and has even served as an interim executive for her clients. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, auto and public sector to help them design, build and scale new digital businesses, products, services and platforms that will enable sustainable growth.

Ms. Meyers has a proven track record of tackling Fortune 500 clients’ most complex business problems and driving accelerated business outcomes. Her notable assignments include building and leading a West Coast digital incubator practice and inventing a machine learning solution that predicts and prevents retail returns that was recognized as a top retail industry innovation.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Meyers spent 10 years with Accenture as a Managing Director and was the Growth Strategy & Business Design Lead for their Fjord Design Studio. She also worked in industry for 10 years across innovation, marketing and operations, so she brings an operator mindset that is disciplined, dedicated and action oriented.

Ms. Meyers earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in law and society from the University of California San Diego and an MBA (concentration in entrepreneurship) from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
